we have more than 32 sites to mine on, but we need more advanced system of mining with heavy equipment machine-like excavator and other equipment needed, we need good and inspired people as partners, it will be interesting if you register a diamond dealer office there in partnership with us whereby we have branch in your country as our international Mandate/Partner. Having this dealer license will legally permit you to buy diamonds from every miner in Sierra Leone, the license will be a legal right to even pay the land owners their %25 value of the diamond we get from their site directly, while we will discuss the exporting license when you visit.
Upon hearing from you, we will draft a profit-sharing agreement when you arrive down in Sierra Leone Freetown whereby in that profit-sharing agreement your company as our foreign direct financial investor you hold 50% share, While the community that owns the land get 30% while %20 is for the facilitator.
Note that 25% value of every diamond found at the site shall be given to the landowners in cash before exportation.
